Pricing and Payment

Projects requiring additional pages, functionality, integrations, custom development, e-commerce features, third-party services, or additional work may require a separate quotation.
Work may begin after the required payment or deposit has been received.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing information and materials reasonably required to complete the project, including where applicable:

• Text and images
• Logos and branding
• Product information
• Domain access
• Hosting access
• Third-party account access
• Required approvals
The client confirms that they have the right to use any material supplied to Exanext.
Project Delivery
We aim to complete projects within the estimated timeframe communicated to the customer.
Delivery times may change when:
• Required material is delayed
• Project requirements change
• Additional work is requested
• Third-party services cause delays
• Technical issues arise outside our reasonable control
Any advertised fast-delivery period is subject to project scope and timely customer cooperation.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be included according to the selected package or agreed project scope.
Major changes, redesigns, additional pages, new functionality, or requests outside the original scope may require additional charges.
Third-Party Services
Some projects may depend on third-party products or services, including:

Exanext is not responsible for outages, price changes, policy changes, service restrictions, or failures caused by third-party providers.
Hosting Services
Hosting customers must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Hosting resources may be subject to limits relating to storage, bandwidth, CPU, memory, databases, email, or other technical resources.
Exanext may take reasonable action to protect server security, stability, reputation, and other customers.
Backups
Where backup services are included, Exanext may maintain backups according to the applicable hosting or service configuration.
Customers should also maintain copies of important business data where appropriate.
No backup system can be guaranteed to prevent all data loss.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
• The client retains ownership of content and materials supplied by the client.
• Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the completed website or project deliverables created specifically for them.
• Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets, and licensed components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Exanext may display completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing.
Prohibited Use
Our services must not be used for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, malicious, or harmful activity.
Hosting customers must also comply with the Exanext Acceptable Use Policy.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate services where necessary for:
• Non-payment
• Security threats
• Malware
• Fraud
• Abuse
• Illegal activity
• Serious policy violations
• Activities that threaten server or network stability
Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to contact the customer before taking action.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Exanext Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability relating to a particular paid service will generally not exceed the amount paid to Exanext for that specific service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
No Guarantee of Business Results
Websites, hosting, SEO setup, digital services, and related services can support a business, but we do not guarantee specific sales, traffic, rankings, revenue, or business results.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights available to customers under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page.
