Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Exanext Technologies provides customized digital and technology services. Because many services involve work performed specifically for an individual customer, refund eligibility depends on the stage and nature of the service.
Website and Development Services
If a customer cancels a project before work has started, we may provide a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable transaction fees or third-party costs already incurred.
Once work has started, charges relating to work already completed are generally non-refundable.
If a project is partially completed, any refund will be determined after accounting for:
• Work already performed
• Design or development completed
• Time spent on the project
• Third-party purchases
• Domain, hosting, software, or licensing costs
• Other costs incurred specifically for the customer
Completed Projects
Payments for completed and delivered work are generally non-refundable.
We will, however, make reasonable efforts to correct genuine defects that fall within the agreed project scope.
Hosting Services
Hosting fees may be refundable only where specifically stated in the applicable hosting offer, quotation, invoice, or service agreement.
Fees for periods of hosting already provided are generally non-refundable.
Domains and Third-Party Services
Payments for domain registrations, software licenses, paid plugins, themes, payment-provider fees, third-party hosting, cloud services, APIs, or other externally purchased services are generally non-refundable once purchased.
Custom Work
Custom development, configuration, migration, consulting, technical support, and similar work performed specifically for a customer is generally non-refundable once the work has been carried out.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you were charged twice or made a payment in error, contact us promptly so that we can review the transaction.
